Development of innovative curricula and modules in Circular Economy and Sustainable Development

CirculEC Project Presented at the Erasmus+ Information Day in Kazakhstan

The results of the Erasmus+ CBHE project CirculEC were showcased at the Erasmus+ Information Day, held on December 19, 2024, at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana.

The event brought together 156 in-person participants and more than 100 online attendees from 50 universities across Kazakhstan, highlighting the growing interest of higher education institutions in international collaboration under Erasmus+ programs.

Representing Alikhan Bokeikhan University, Anastasiya Zhuk, Senior Specialist at the Office of Sustainable Development, delivered a presentation on the university's initial experience in implementing the CirculEC project. Her speech emphasized ABU's contribution to promoting circular economy principles and sustainable development, as well as the importance of international cooperation in education.

The CirculEC project, aimed at fostering circular economy principles and sustainability practices, served as an inspiring example for participating universities. It showcased the collaborative efforts and achievements of its partners in enhancing educational programs and promoting sustainable development practices.
